The Scholars Education Trust exists so that children in South Mumbai learn in classrooms worth learning in. We govern Scholars Educare and fund the facilities, laboratories and resources that make its teaching possible.
The Trust is not a second school. It is the body that holds the school in stewardship and invests in what students actually learn with.
The Trust is the governing body of Scholars Educare. It carries legal and financial responsibility for the institution, appoints its leadership, and holds it to its educational and ethical commitments.
We fund the physical and material side of learning — classrooms, laboratories, library and reading materials, computers and teaching equipment across both branches.
Good teaching needs somewhere to happen. Desks that hold up, a laboratory with working equipment, books that are not falling apart, and technology that does not fail mid-lesson.
The Trust exists to make sure those things are never the reason a child learns less. Every rupee it holds is directed at the conditions of learning at Scholars Educare.
