Who we are, what we are responsible for, and how we are constituted.
The Scholars Education Trust is a public charitable trust registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, constituted for the advancement of education. It holds 80G registration under the Income Tax Act, meaning donations to the Trust are eligible for tax deduction.
The Trust operates under a registered Trust Deed which sets out its charitable objects, the powers and duties of its trustees, and the requirement that its income be applied solely to those objects.
To hold, govern and be accountable for Scholars Educare, its leadership, its standards and its conduct.
To establish, maintain and equip classrooms, laboratories, libraries and other facilities necessary for education.
To apply the Trust's income solely to the advancement of education, without distinction of caste, creed or community.
The Trust is administered by its Board of Trustees, who serve without remuneration and are responsible for its funds, its compliance and its purpose.

Managing Director
Oversees the Trust's day-to-day administration and its work with the school's leadership, so that the Trust's charitable objects translate into classrooms, laboratories and resources that actually reach students.
The Trust is governed by its Board of Trustees, who serve without remuneration and are collectively responsible for its funds, its compliance and its charitable purpose.
Trustees serve without remuneration, and the Trust maintains the accounts, filings and records required of a registered public charitable trust under law.
Our Trust Deed, Certificate of Registration, PAN and 80G certificate are available to donors, partners and authorities on request.
